With over 25 years of experience in long-term care operations, Mark Klyczek Consulting can deliver an immediate leadership presence in a building following administrator turnover.  Mark brings multiple systems and leadership approaches to begin the new leadership journey for the facility team until a new administrator is selected.

Recruitment and Mentoring

We also offer a unique recruitment model for Administrators.  As an added benefit not offered by typical recruitment firms, Mark Klyczek Consulting will mentor a new hire Administrator for 90 days, which is included in the recruitment fee of 25% of the expected annual total cash compensation (salary and bonus).

We will structure a 90-day onboarding which includes all key aspects of your organization (the data and tools available), along with proven tools to drive results related to census, overall profitability, turnover reduction, and quality improvement.
